Are Mine Line products suitable for my skin type?

All Mine Line products are developed in partnership with dermatologists and chemists. They are formulated and suitable for all skin types. Additionally, each product has undergone the new highest standard for testing, Repeated Insult Patch Test (RIPT), and passed. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and on packaging. For any concerns, we recommend reviewing our ingredient list or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider.

Are Mine Line products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Mine Line products are cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny.

Are Mine Line products vegan?

Yes. All Mine Line products are vegan, and certified by PETA.

Are Mine Line products clean?

Yes. All Mine Line products are clean and certified.

Are Mine Line products nut-free?

Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website, in accordance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. You are advised to review the full ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on each product page and on packaging.

Can I sell Mine Line products in my own store?

How do I send a gift card?

You can purchase a digital gift card on our website, within our products pages.

What if a Mine Line product doesn’t work for me?

Contact us at hello@mine-line.com (please include your order number) within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I pay with a gift card?

To redeem your gift card, just choose “Gift Card” as your payment method at checkout, and enter the unique code included in your gift card email. If the gift card amount is less than your order total, you'll also need to add an additional payment method to cover the remaining balance for the order. If your gift card has a remaining balance after your order is placed, you can use that amount on your next order, so be sure to save your unique code to use again next time!

What are Mine Line Subscriptions?

When you don't have time to think about restocking your favorite products, subscriptions allow you to sign up for a regular delivery at a 10% discount! You’re able to customize the delivery frequency to every 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 months – and cancel your subscription at any time.

Which products can I subscribe to?

Mine Line Subscriptions are available for individual products and for The Regimen.

How can I cancel my Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on “Manage Subscription” and then “Manage this Subscription” on the subscription order you’d like to edit on your Mine Line account page.

Can I use a gift card to pay for a Subscription order?

You are able to apply a Mine Line Gift Card to the initial order of a new subscription but will need to add an additional payment method for the recurring subscription charges. To redeem your gift card, just choose “Gift Card” as your payment method at checkout, and enter the unique code included in your gift card email.

Will I get a notification before my Subscription is billed?

Yes. You’ll receive email notifications for subscription confirmations, upcoming charge reminders, out-of-stock items, payment issues, and cancellation confirmations.

When will I be charged for my Subscription order?

Your payment method will be charged as soon as your original order is submitted. For all following subscription orders, the recurring charges are based on your original sign-up date and how frequently you have chosen to have your products delivered.
